About the venue
The orchard at Tuin van Sabra was already there when owner Yasmina Chraibi bought the plot in 2016; she built the venue around it rather than clearing the trees, so guests now sit under thirty-year-old pear trees. In rain, a transparent canopy slides over the whole terrace, so the ceremony never has to move indoors.
The garden suits 80 to 200 guests, with a dedicated corner for the neggafa chair during the ceremony. Yasmina usually replies within a day and can arrange a fully alcohol-free bar with fresh mint tea and almond milk on request. Free parking on the grounds, an outdoor kitchen for the tagines, and a covered terrace for less favourable weather are among the fixed amenities.
