Kerkzaal De Verlosser is an active parish church in Enschede that opens its adjoining parish hall for weddings. The church itself, with stained-glass windows and a high vault, is reserved for the ceremony; right next door sits the hall where the party moves for coffee, cake and the celebration, without anyone needing a car in between.
The hall seats 140 to 220 guests and is managed by verger Willem Groenendijk, who usually replies within three days. A small stage with a sound system is ready for live music or a speech, and the hall is wheelchair accessible with free parking on the church square.
