About the venue
Sakura Loods is a former textile warehouse in Enschede, where a single Japanese cherry tree in the courtyard gave the venue its name and blossoms each spring during wedding season. The pillar-free warehouse holds 130 to 180 guests, with the courtyard as the fixed ceremony spot in dry weather.
Venue manager Tessa Bruggeman, who usually replies within two days, rents out the warehouse as a shell with its own bar and sound system, while the caterer and decorator are free to choose. Early setup is possible, live music and a DJ can play late, and free parking is available on site.
