About the venue
Restaurant De Wittenhof occupies a nineteenth-century townhouse on the Rijnsburgerweg and has a walled garden that many couples use for the church ceremony itself, with the neighbourhood church spire still visible above the hedge. After the ceremony, the party moves indoors for dinner in the brasserie.
The hall and garden together seat 100 to 220 guests. Host Anneke Visser arranges the live band and the bar herself, usually replies within two days, and can keep the room open late into the night on request. Catering comes from the in-house kitchen, there is a full bar with house wines, and the grounds are wheelchair-accessible with free parking.
