About the venue
Paviljoen Strandlust sits directly on the Scheveningen beach, with a hall glazed on three sides so the sea stays visible from every table. The ceremony can take place on the sand in front of the pavilion, guests on folding chairs with the surf as background sound, before everyone moves inside as the sun drops lower.
The hall seats 220 guests and runs on its own kitchen and bar, so no outside caterer is needed. Manager Sanne Kramer, who usually replies within two days, plans the evening around the tide and sunset and can arrange a DJ until midnight on request. Wheelchair accessible via the beach boulevard, with its own parking lot behind the pavilion.
