About the venue
Nour Al Houda Eventzaal sits on a business estate on the edge of Apeldoorn, though little of that shows once you're inside: the foyer is laid with hand-cut zellij tile and the ceiling of the main hall is finished in ornamental plasterwork. Two brothers opened the hall in 2019 after years in hospitality, working from the idea that the henna evening and the bride's photo shoot deserve as much care as the wedding itself. The walled garden at the back is enclosed by a high wall, out of view from the street.
The hall seats 150 to 320 guests and splits into a main hall and a separate henna lounge for the night before the wedding. Hall manager Karim Benali usually replies within two days and can arrange an all-female service team for the bridal suite on request. The kitchen runs fully halal and alcohol-free, there is an in-house sound system with no fixed cut-off, and parking is free for all guests.
