About the venue
MS Zilvermeeuw stays moored at the Wolwevershaven in Dordrecht, among the historic warehouses, and does not leave the quay during the wedding. The upper deck is open and looks out over the harbour for an outdoor ceremony, while the lower deck is covered and doubles as the dining and party space once the weather turns.
Owner Corina Bakker, who usually replies within three days, lets the ship for 70 to 130 guests and arranges catering through a fixed partner on shore. Power, lighting, and a sound system are all on board, and the bar is staffed by the crew themselves.
