About the venue
Kasteel Vredenhorst takes its name from the orangery built in 1891 to winter citrus trees, fully restored two years ago into a ceremony space. Under the glass roof, between the original cast-iron columns, a ceremony for 160 fits without ever blocking the view of the garden.
The castle itself then hosts dinner for 50 to 160 guests. Gardener and venue manager Bram Hoekstra has worked the estate for fifteen years and can put together a flower route on request drawn from whatever is blooming in the castle garden that season. A covered walkway between orangery and castle, a separate room for hair and makeup, and free parking on the forecourt are included.
