About the venue
Kasteel De Rode Toren takes its name from the forty-five-foot brick tower that throws a reddish glow across the courtyard in the early afternoon, and from stained-glass windows once commissioned for a church but installed here in the ballroom instead. Marry here and the dance floor visibly shifts colour as the sun turns.
The ballroom suits 55 to 150 guests and adjoins a smaller side room used as a smoking area or quiet corner. Manager Thijs Verhoeven has worked at the castle for twelve years and can open the original tower room on request for a brief moment alone with the couple. Heated flooring in winter, an in-house bar, and free parking on the forecourt are included.
