About the venue
Kapel De Lichtboog is a small chapel in the old center of Amersfoort, named after the stained-glass window set in a pointed arch above the altar that fills the whole space with color at sunset. The chapel is built for small parties and seats 95 to 130 guests, with close rows that reinforce the intimate atmosphere rather than dilute it.
Manager Anneke Molenaar takes care of the space and the ceremony itself; for the reception the chapel works with a fixed list of external caterers who set up the adjoining reception room. Anneke usually replies within two days and is present at every ceremony to guide the proceedings.
