About the venue
The Rozenkapel spent decades known as a cemetery chapel before Bilal Aksoy bought the small building in 2018 and, keeping the timber roof structure and the original stained-glass rose above the door, turned it into a small-scale wedding venue. Behind the chapel sits a walled garden often used for the nikah itself, with the reception moving indoors afterward.
At 60 to 110 guests, the Rozenkapel is the smallest venue in Bilal's portfolio and popular for exactly that reason with couples wanting a private ceremony. He usually replies within a day and can arrange a small Turkish appetizer buffet through a regular caterer on request. No alcohol is served on the grounds, though there is a sound system for soft live music, and free parking along the road.
