About the venue
De Oude Broeierij operated as a tulip bulb-forcing shed until the 1990s, and the renovation deliberately kept the character of that past intact: exposed brick, steel roof trusses, and the old loading docks now serving as dividers between spaces. The result is an industrial-chic hall that makes no attempt to hide where it came from.
The space holds 100 to 250 guests, has a separate foyer for the reception, and allows full freedom for outside caterers and decorators. Owner Tom Zwaneveld usually replies within a day and will help plan the layout himself if the couple wants that; the hall has no sound limit and no fixed curfew.
