About the venue
De Korenschuur Events occupies a nineteenth-century grain barn just outside Leiden, whose original timber trusses were deliberately left standing during the conversion rather than boxed in. The space holds 110 to 170 guests and is rented as a shell: no fixed menu, no house DJ, just the barn and the yard around it.
Venue manager Bram Kuiper, who usually replies within four days, lets couples bring in their own caterer and decorator and dress the grain loft however they like. Early setup is possible, you can bring your own drinks, and free parking on the grounds is included as standard.
