About the venue
De Blauwe Vogel is a two-deck harbour cruiser that departs near the Erasmusbrug and sails a fixed evening route past the Rotterdam skyline during dinner. The boat times its departure so the light show on the Erasmusbrug and the Kop van Zuid starts right as the main course is served, so the couple and their guests watch the city light up from the water.
On board there is room for 90 to 150 guests, split between the lower deck with its own bar and the open top deck for photos underway. Skipper and owner Bram Visser usually replies within two days and works out the route together with the couple, so the light show lands at the right point in the evening. There is a fixed mooring with parking close by.
