About the venue
Dar Al Yasmine sits on the top floor above a row of shops on Geldropseweg, with a roof terrace overlooking Tongelre that's lit with Moroccan-style lanterns in the evening. The hall is deliberately kept small and focuses mainly on engagements, henna evenings, and smaller wedding celebrations spread across several days.
The space seats 60 to 130 guests and has a compact halal kitchen equipped for extensive tea service with fresh mint tea. Organiser Fatima Ezzahra regularly plans multi-day programmes for the same family and usually replies the same day; she can arrange a henna artist from her network on request. The roof terrace has a canopy against rain, and the entire building is alcohol-free.
