About the venue
Buitenplaats Bosch en Beek takes its name from the beech forest bordering one side of the estate and the stream running through it, crossed by a wooden bridge that has appeared in nearly every wedding photo here for the last thirty years. The orangery, built in 1895, is the standing reception hall and looks out over the pond through tall windows.
Estate manager Anneke Smeets has worked here for fifteen years and knows the best light by the bridge for the photographer by heart. She usually replies within two days. The orangery seats 150 to 320 guests, with an in-house kitchen, a bar that is not mandatory, a covered terrace as backup in case of rain, and free parking on the estate.
