About the venue
Boerderij De Lange Akker has been in the Scholten family for three generations and it shows: a simple, undressed barn and the meadow beside it, with a fixed outdoor cooking area of stone BBQ pits for a grill reception rather than a seated dinner. It is kept deliberately modest.
The family runs the rental themselves alongside the farm business, which keeps the price low: this is one of the most budget-friendly venues in the entire database. Marloes Scholten usually replies within four days. Starting at 70 guests, with live music allowed, early setup, and free parking on the grounds, but no in-house kitchen or bar.
