About the venue
Beachhouse Noordzee is a no-fuss beach pavilion in Zaanstad, set up for weddings where nobody has to dress up for a formal gala. Catering is built around the outdoor BBQ, with meat and fish coming straight off the grill while guests wander the terrace barefoot or in flip-flops.
Manager Mila Kramer, who usually replies within two days, prefers to schedule the ceremony around sunset, with the pavilion as the covered fallback if it rains. The pavilion holds 90 to 140 guests and has its own bar that stays open late.
